I had to hold my tongue on this one, but I guess if it’s in the Journal Star, I am free to speak.
WHAT THE HELL IS THIS!??!?! Come on Lincoln! I was hoping it was going to be a Rock Bottom now that Omaha got one. I’m constantly disappointed with the logic here. There are so many opportunities to bring something different and unique to our city. Even if it is a chain, why do we need 5 burrito, coffee and sandwich options within the same square mile.
How about a Baby Blue like sushi place? How about a wine bar that specializes in flights of unique wines and complementary food. Everyone talks about how we are tired of being Omaha’s bitch, but until the dynamics of this city progress we will be stuck trying to get excited over another 1,500 calorie burrito shack.
Thanks for letting me have my Clark Griswold Christmas Vacation rant.

What is it with all the Mexican restaurants? Why can’t we get something with variety? I work downtown and really don’t care for Mexican food. Why not some variety here?
