Taste of Lincoln

I consider myself a decent cook, but one trademark item in my bag has always been my Buffalo Chicken Sandwich.  I use one specific sauce and a secret mix of simple touches that has made it nearly perfect.

Well in one order at the Roost, I think I may have been out done.  The sauce was right, the blue cheese was perfect and the bread flat out put it over the top for me.

Beach Bum talked me out of The Roost based on one experience when they first opened.  In the future I will make my own decisions because what I’m the most upset about is I have missed out on this for at least four months now.
