When something is this good, you really don’t need to write a lot about it. Plain and simple, Lazzari’s is the best pizza in Lincoln. Now if you are looking for the best items that go with a slice of pizza or if you are one of those people that need half a loaf of bread on top of your pizza, then you can hunt those places down.
Lazzari’s has the perfect crust thickness and their daily lunch special can’t be beat.
I’d like to write more, but why?
There are not too many places where you go there for lunch and then go back with someone else at dinner because it’s that good. But that is exactly what happened with me at 9 South Char Grill. I’ve been wanting to try it for several months, and I was asked by a group of co-workers to try it for lunch. Not only did I love it, I called my wife and we went there for our next meal.
The menu was very impressive and I couldn’t decide any one thing to try. For lunch I had the steak sandwich. It comes with two sides so I chose cottage cheese and some of the best onion rings I’ve ever had.
Their kids menu is by far the best in Lincoln. Kids get a choice of two items AND sides. Perfect for a family like ours with a 17 month old that really doesn’t eat a meal on her own.
The service was great and I recognized some of the servers from top restaurants here in Lincoln. It takes a lot to get me excited over a place, but this did the job and we will be back.
